Company Profile

C.V. PULAU MAS is the official name of this company when it was founded in 1973 for the first time. At that time this company was only dealing in building material including export – import trade of Iron. Further, it grew rapidly and became a distributor to some products. We were a metal/steel distributor to the famous PT. KRAKATAU STEEL for Bali and Nusa Tenggara region. We were also a cement distributor for the same region.

Two years later on Friday, 19 December 1975 C.V. PULAU MAS (a C.V status is identically known as a family company / business) was changed to P.T (Limited Company, Ltd) this was verified by Amir Syarifuddin notary's certificate No. 29 1975. The additional words of UTAMA – the name of the company became PT. PULAU MAS UTAMA. It was verified by Amir Syarifuddin notary's certificate No. 62 on Friday, 30 April 1976. Therefore, there are two major changes in this company's history (i.e. Company's name and its status). The improvement on status was intended to anticipate nowadays development by applying professional management principles.

We have taken the right decision so that some of the company's development programs can be implemented well. Many clients either from private enterprises or government have trusted their significant projects to us, PT. PULAU MAS UTAMA.

Such a work is challenging enough and gratefully it can be done well due to PT. PULAU MAS UTAMA's competent hardware and software support. The work experiences of PT. PULAU MAS UTAMA are not only limited in working on the hotel projects. Various projects of public's facilities such as: shops, irrigations, roads, housing and public transportation can be finished on time. In addition, we have satisfied our customers.

A company that is ran by a solid and competent management and also supported by professional employees will be able to face the business' ups and downs. At least PT.
